Dr. Rebbecca Nabaweera was born in a remote village in southwestern Uganda to a polygamous family with various religious backgrounds. She encountered God at the age of 15 and, by His hand, she managed to walk through campus life. In 2021, she completed a bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine & Surgery from Kampala International University. During her internship training, she served as a vice president for the Federation for Uganda Medical Interns. Currently, she's pursuing a master's degree in Anesthesia at Mbarara University.

Rebbecca is passionate about finding comfort for the uncomfortable by offering unconditional love to the less loved. This was especially exhibited at her campus church where she served as a worship leader for four years. Every team member was family to her due to a belief that people worship better together and in truth.

As a young girl from a background of financial challenges, she learned the profound value of faith, resilience, and community support. This journey has instilled in her an unwavering commitment to serve and uplift others. She uses her gifts of leadership and music to support the work of For Love Ministries as Retreats Director.
